Welcome to a very special edition of our Sunday Legacy Letters. Today is Father's Day so we wanted to take a moment to step back from the logistics of real estate and the mechanics of mortgage credits to focus on the "why" behind everything we do. At Operation T.A.G. (Tangible Act of Gratitude), our mission is deeply rooted in the idea of home, not just as a structure of wood and nails, but as a sanctuary where memories are made and legacies are forged.
Today, we are honored to share a personal reflection from our founder, Brett Stacy. This story captures the essence of what it means to be a "Papa" and the profound, quiet strength found in the love of a father figure.
Father's Day Edition… A Papa’s Love
"Today, I want to share a heartwarming story with you. It’s about my in-laws’ home, where generations of our family have grown up and created beautiful memories around their beloved pool. This place holds so much love, laughter, acceptance, and of course, delicious food!
One particular memory that stands out is when my youngest grandson, Aramis, joined us at the pool for the first time. He had just received some shots the day before, so he wasn’t feeling his best. As I held him in my arms, walking him around the pool, his little eyes locked onto mine. In that moment, I started singing, and his smile spoke volumes – it said, “I love you, Papa.” My heart melted, and tears of joy streamed down my face. That’s why I’m appropriately called, “Mr. Puddlesworth.”
Despite the discomfort from his shots, the love and security he felt in my embrace was all he needed to drift off to sleep. It reminded me of a beautiful quote by John Scott, who described God’s love as “a pillow on which we rest our weary heads.” It’s a comforting thought, isn’t it?
St. Augustine once said, “God loves each one of us as if there was only one of us to love.” Just imagine, if you were the only person in the world, Jesus would have still sacrificed himself for you. The love of God, as explained by Paul in Romans 8, begins with no condemnation and ends with no separation. Nothing can ever separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
No matter what challenges you may be facing today, remember that God wants to hold you in His arms and provide you with the love and comfort you need. If you look closely, you’ll see His tears of joy. Yes, He loves you that much – it’s a love akin to that of a devoted Papa.
Today is Father's Day. I encourage you to put on your metaphorical armor and embrace the day ahead with all the love your Heavenly Father has shown you. Love on your family and let your family love on you."
Happy Father's Day, everyone.

The Power of a Legacy
The story of "Mr. Puddlesworth" and little Aramis is more than just a sweet family anecdote. it is a testament to the type of security and peace that a home provides. When we talk about the Hometown Hero Credit, we aren't just talking about a financial benefit; we are talking about the foundation upon which these moments are built.
Generations of Brett’s family have grown up around that pool. They have shared meals, celebrated milestones, and found comfort in each other’s presence. That is what a legacy looks like. It is the ability to pass down a place of "love, laughter, and acceptance" to the next generation. For our military families, who sacrifice so much of their personal stability to protect our national security, providing this kind of home base is our highest priority.

A Tangible Act of Gratitude
At Operation T.A.G., we believe that saying "Thank you for your service" is only the beginning. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit project partnered with PRMG, our goal is to turn those words into a tangible act of gratitude. This is why we created the Hometown Hero Credit.
We understand that the path to homeownership can be daunting, especially with the unique challenges faced by active-duty members, reservists, veterans, and Gold Star spouses. Whether you are navigating a PCS move or transitioning to civilian life, the financial hurdles can feel like a heavy weight. Our program is designed to ease that burden, offering a 2% credit up to $21,000 to help you purchase or refinance a home.

Supporting Those Who Support Our Heroes
We don't do this work alone. We partner with dedicated real estate agents across the country who share our passion for serving the military community. These agents are the boots on the ground, helping families find the perfect "pool-side memory" homes.
If you are a real estate agent, we invite you to join our nationwide brand ambassador program. It is 100% free for agents because we are a fully funded non-profit. This means you keep 100% of your commission while gaining the ability to offer your clients an incredible 2% credit up to $21,000.
It truly is the biggest no-brainer in real estate. Together, we can build businesses, build legacies, and make a real difference: one military family at a time.

Rest Your Head on the Pillow of Peace
As Brett mentioned, the love of a father: and the love of our Heavenly Father: is like a pillow on which we rest our weary heads. This Father's Day, our wish for you is that you find that place of rest. Whether you are currently serving overseas, settled into your forever home, or just beginning the journey to find it, know that you are appreciated and supported.
Put on your armor, embrace your loved ones, and take pride in the legacy you are building. We are here to help you every step of the way.
Happy Father's Day!
