T.A.G. stands for Tangible Act of Gratitude: and that word "tangible" is everything. We're not talking about another handshake or another "thank you." We're talking about real, meaningful support that makes a genuine difference in the lives of military families.
Operation T.A.G. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit project of the High Desert Community Foundation, and our mission is simple but powerful: provide tangible financial assistance, trusted guidance, and life-enhancing resources to veterans, active-duty service members, and Gold Star families.

- Closing fees on home purchases
- Buying down interest rates
- Real estate agent fees
- In some cases, paying down debt to help with VA loan qualification
This credit is calculated on the loan amount (not the sales price) and works perfectly with VA loans, which generally don't require a down payment.
